Hi, I’m Kacey Cofield, a personal trainer based in Kittery, Maine. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but my true passion is helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I truly believe health is wealth—without energy and well-being, it’s hard to live life to the fullest.
My training focuses on progressive overload—gradually increasing reps and weights to build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall strength. I incorporate core work, safe and effective movements, and personalized programmingto help you move better, feel better, and reach your goals in a sustainable way.
